Ben Shuttleworth is a leader in Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice. His work focuses on the people components of large-scale change, including organization and operating model design, agile ways of working, leadership and culture, and change management.
Since joining BCG in 2010, Ben has designed and implemented large-scale people transformations both in the pharmaceutical sector, where Ben has acquired extensive experience, and in multiple other industries including the public sector, telecommunication and tech companies, and financial institutions. More recently, Ben’s work has been increasingly focused on the intersection between people and technology topics.
Prior to joining BCG, Ben was an officer in an infantry regiment in the British Army. His time in the forces included active service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
