Benjamin Deschietere is a core member of the Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice at Boston Consulting Group. He leads the firm’s work on cities, real estate, and tourism in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.

Benjamin is an expert in real estate, cities, infrastructure, engineering, and construction, and has advised clients in Belgium, France, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on topics such as economic feasibility of large-scale real estate developments, strategic planning for cities, urban redevelopment projects, decarbonization of the built environment, ESG, construction excellence, and large capital project management. He works with clients in the built environment along the entire project lifecycle, from initial economic feasibility to organization and governance, funding, and delivery models.

Before joining BCG, Benjamin worked in the Middle East construction industry as a project and commercial engineer. He is fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
