Carlos Prádanos Niño is a core member of the Insurance practice at Boston Consulting Group.

Carlos joined BCG in 2007 and since then has worked in a number of industries, especially financial institutions and insurance. Since 2016 Carlos has specialized in insurance work. Carlos has led projects in Spain, Portugal, the UK, Poland, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, and Chile. He has recently focused on transformation projects at large life and property and casualty insurance companies in Spain, including in such areas as transformation of the sales model, salesforce effectiveness, value proposition redefinition, objectives and incentives, footprint redesign, outbound contact center, bancassurance, and E2E efficiency programs.

Carlos is the founder and leader of the NGO Living Meki, a volunteer program in Ethiopia which, since 2008, has sponsored more than 300 families, deployed more than 500 volunteers in the field, and raised over one million dollars.
