Jorge Colado leads Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice in Iberia.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Jorge has worked with leading banks to help them adapt their business models to a changing marketplace. He has led projects to help clients develop and implement customer experience programs, identify the most profitable customers, and segment their commercial initiatives.

Jorge has partnered with a number of major institutions to create digital strategies, design and launch sales force effectiveness programs, and redesign call centers. His client engagements have also covered new pricing models, large-scale transformation programs, and cost-efficiency improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG, Jorge worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen in the financial commodities risk consulting department. He previously worked for Barclays Bank Capital Markets in London.
