Rae Chen joined Boston Consulting Group in June 2021. She is a core member of BCG’s Insurance practice. Rae’s focus is on digital and analytics and she works with insurance companies and key players in the insurance ecosystem on a wide range of topics, including strategy, marketing and sales, claims transformation, and digital transformation.

Before joining BCG, Rae was Vice President of TongDun Technology, a unicorn fintech company, and General Manager of its insurtech business providing AI-enabled solutions to insurance companies. Before that, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company.
