Robert Werner leads Boston Consulting Group’s work in leadership and culture for North America. He helps companies design and implement approaches to sustainably develop the leadership, culture, and talent capabilities required to successfully meet their business objectives. Robert is also a member of the Global People Strategy leadership team at BCG.
Robert’s work at the firm has included engagements within the oil and gas, banking, retail, consumer products, and telecom industries. These have included developing an executive capability building program to support the strategic and cultural transformation of a large universal bank; the engagement and activation of senior leaders in the cultural transformation of a major global integrated oil and gas company; and the articulation of target culture and top leader activation as part of a turnaround of a global consumer products company.
Before joining BCG, Robert worked for over 12 years at Siemens where he held the positions of Global Head of Siemens Leadership Excellence and Global Head of Learning & Leadership Excellence at Siemens Healthcare.
