Vinciane Beauchene leads the talent and skills offering for Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization (POP) practice. In this role, she focuses on supporting large transformations (agile, digital, and data-driven) from the people angle, including upskilling strategy, new ways of working, leadership coaching and team effectiveness, new capability build, change management, and performance/talent management redesign. Vinciane is also a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice with experience in energy management in aerospace and defense and automotive. In addition to the POP global leadership team, Vinciane serves on the leadership teams for the Agile at Scale and People Strategy teams.
