Christian Gruß joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a lead member of BCG TURN, the firm’s special unit that helps organizations transform, change their trajectories, and turn upside potential into radical performance gains. Christian has led a number of complex strategic and operational transformations in various industries. He is skilled at delivering short-term impact for companies facing challenges. In addition, he designs successful implementation plans to realize strategic, operational, organizational, and financial results. 

Before joining BCG, Christian worked for Roland Berger, where he specialized in turnarounds, specifically for clients experiencing various forms of distress.
