Daniel Weise joined Boston Consulting Group in November 2003. He is the global leader of BCG’s procurement topic and part of BCG’s global Operations leadership team.

Daniel has worked extensively across industries on all procurement topics including value delivery assignments and optimizing the function by finding the best suited operating model. In his work, digitization is integral and one of the key enablers. Daniel has employed his areas of expertise in contexts including company transformations, TURN programs, PMIs, and carve-outs. Apart from leading consulting projects, Daniel also has practical experience as a chief procurement officer.

In his home office of Dusseldorf, Daniel is an integral part of the Group’s Operations Center, one of BCGs global centers that serve as a hub for innovation to pathways for fully integrated solutions to optimize operations end-to-end.
