Kelly Newton is co-managing partner for Boston Consulting Group in New Zealand where she focuses on transformation and value delivery. She is also BCG’s global lead for Teaming@BCG, the firm's center of excellence for the future of work and how BCG teams work together.

Prior to moving to New Zealand, Kelly led the Industrial Goods practice for the Western US. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has worked primarily with industrial goods clients, helping them with their transformation, next-gen sales, and productivity agendas. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has worked in BCG’s Chicago, Amsterdam, Sydney, and Seattle offices.

While Kelly is recognized as one of the firm’s global leaders in distribution, she also spends much of her time working with clients in agriculture, building materials, aerospace and defense, infrastructure, and private equity, helping them fundamentally reshape their businesses to succeed in a rapidly changing and uncertain world. This frequently involves supporting major strategic decisions related to business model, operations, and digital that affect not just businesses, but the broader environments and industries in which they operate.

Kelly has held multiple leadership roles within BCG including leading Learning & Development for North America and Women@BCG for the Western US.
