Nitin Chandalia leads Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice in India. He works closely with clients across the technology and media industries, helping them navigate complex transformations and unlock sustainable growth.
He has deep expertise in corporate strategy, restructuring, go-to-market acceleration, organizational design, and profitability enhancement. In the media space, he advises both traditional and digital-first companies, ranging from print publishers to SaaS media platforms, on growth strategy, digital monetization, and user engagement. He has partnered with digital content platforms to drive improvements in acquisition, retention, and audience interaction.
In the technology sector, Nitin has led enterprise-wide transformation programs for tech services companies with a focus on B2B sales effectiveness, margin expansion, workforce productivity, and shareholder value creation. His work with SaaS companies includes defining growth strategies, building scalable channel ecosystems, and optimizing unit economics.
Beyond TMT, Nitin is a core leader in BCG’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice. He has led multiple commercial due diligences, both buy-side and sell-side, as well as portfolio value creation programs for leading investment firms.
