Corporate AI Spending Is Set to Double in 2026

In China Daily, BCG CEO Christoph Schweizer discusses companies’ increasing prioritization of AI, as corporate spending on the technology is set to double in 2026, based on a BCG report. “Despite economic uncertainty, this anticipated surge in spending reflects how much of a priority AI has become in the business world,” says Schweizer. “Three-quarters of CEOs say they are now the main decision makers on AI, and half believe their job depends on getting AI right.”
