BCG’s AI “Sweet Spot”

In an interview with  Bloomberg following his reelection as CEO, BCG’s  Christoph Schweizer explains how rising demand for AI initiatives is helping businesses navigate ongoing economic uncertainty. BCG added 1,000 people to its headcount in 2024 and reported a 10% increase in global revenue—its 21st consecutive year of growth—driven largely by demand for AI and transformation services. “Most CEOs tell me they struggle to create value from the investments they’ve made in AI; that’s our sweet spot,” Schweizer notes, adding that AI-related advisory services comprise 20% of the firm’s overall revenue.
