As climate and sustainability issues reach a tipping point worldwide, the journey towards sustainability is not one to be tackled alone. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), BCG’s Climate & Sustainability Hub for Innovation in Asia was officially launched at BCG Singapore by Ms. Grace Fu, Singapore’s Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Neeraj Aggarwal, Chairman of BCG Asia-Pacific, and Jaime Ruiz-Cabrero, Head of BCG South East Asia.
Adopting a multifaceted approach, the Climate & Sustainability Hub for Innovation in Asia covers four key, distinct strategic areas:
• Powering green ventures and investments
• Building cutting edge capabilities
• Enriching partnerships to maximize impact
• Enhancing skillsets for tomorrow
The launch of the Climate & Sustainability Hub for Innovation in Asia brings together the best of BCG’s global expertise and offering to the Asia-Pacific region, by leveraging Singapore as a hub to drive climate action and lead change for the future. This further reinforces our goals to pave the way towards transforming commitments into climate action, to build a more sustainable future in Singapore and the region and enable firms in the region to translate their climate targets and commitments into tangible outcomes, as reported by The Straits Times.
