Maciej Gerhardt is a member of the Consumer practice leadership team for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Maciej’s client work has focused on stakeholder engagement and client enablement in the areas of growth (strategy, sales force effectiveness), large-scale transformations (PMIs, digital transformations), and margin improvement (pricing, sourcing strategy, COGS reduction).

Maciej has worked with clients across the consumer industry, including leading non-food retailers, fashion players, and e-commerce companies, as well as with Financial Institutions practice clients, including leading banks and insurers within the CEE region.

Prior to joining BCG, he was a consultant in the business advisory department at a Big Four firm based in London.
