Marcin Kotlarek is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He is also a member of the firm's Consumer, Strategy, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Since joining BCG in 2000, Marcin has focused his client work on the financial services and consumer goods sectors. He has acquired deep experience in retail banking and private equity.

Prior to joining BCG, Marcin worked as a manager at Daimler Chrysler, where he focused on a variety of topics, including strategy definition, M&A, PMI, product innovation, marketing and growth strategies, as well as operational efficiency-improvement programs.
