A statement from BCG in response to the PSI Minority Staff Report (‘The PGA & LIV Deal’, 11 April, 2025)

April 16, 2025

BCG respects the work of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI) and the complex issues raised in the PSI Minority Staff Report.  As a point of clarification, BCG’s engagements with PIF did not recommend that PIF invest in the US nor was our work directed at influencing opinion in the US.

Also, as we made clear at the hearing and throughout, BCG deeply appreciates the PSI’s role. We were caught between the Subcommittee’s subpoena and Saudi court-ordered permanent injunctions. BCG did everything possible consistent with law and established principles of comity to address the interests of both sovereigns.
