Catharina Martinez-Pardo is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s global Consumer practice and a leader in the practice’s fashion and luxury industry work. She is also part of the sustainability expert team. 

Catharina covers the entire value chain of fashion and apparel retailers. Her client work ranges from sourcing and product development to brand repositioning, retail concept innovation, enhancing the consumer experience, and—most prominently—sustainability. 

She is passionate about supporting her clients in their efforts to improve the fashion industry and creating awareness of alternative ways of doing business. She believes strongly in the transformative power of innovation. 

Catharina is a co-author of Pulse of the Fashion Industry, a report presenting a detailed assessment of the industry’s environmental and social performance. It provides in-depth guidance to fashion brands and retailers looking to start or find further advances toward more responsible ways of doing business.
