David Martin joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009 and has worked in the Dallas and Paris offices. He leads BCG’s People & Organization practice in North America. which oversees all of BCG’s client-facing work in the fields of organizational design, end-to-end talent, culture, purpose, change management, and the HRTech ecosystem.

David works in many industries, with the majority of his work with technology, media, and telecommunications companies. He focuses on growth strategy (organic and inorganic), and how to realize that growth through cross-functional teaming and enhanced customer experiences, usually with a digital component (product management or artificial intelligence).

David is actively involved in the Dallas community as a board member of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, a member of the International Task Force of the Dallas Regional Chamber, and as a frequent collaborator with the Dallas Entrepreneur Center.

Prior to joining BCG, David was a software engineer at Credit Suisse and a product manager and software engineer at a financial services startup.
