Tian Feng is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Climate & Sustainability practices focused on the intersection of industrial goods, digital, and sustainability. She was previously an ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute studying how companies can participate in the data economy, and how to address large-scale societal problems such as climate change through enterprise data sharing. She joined the Boston office in 2018.

Tian has supported international clients on projects covering strategy, operations, and green growth. Her clients have spanned the materials, manufacturing, logistics, and retail industries.

Prior to joining BCG, she worked in finance and the public sectors with Morgan Stanley and the World Food Programme.
