A sense of urgency often underlies a telco transformation, however, before beginning it's important to establish an integrated scoping team and tackle fundamental issues rooted in the product model itself. Before implementing the framework, telcos need to understand the main transformation pathways, as well as the importance of a ‘big picture’ approach, and leaders need to be able to make directional decisions based on complete and relevant information and implement a scoping process that enables such decisions directly.
