La inteligencia artificial redefine la relación entre hoteles y viajeros, según BCG

Article

Hosteltur highlights BCG’s report AI-First Hotels: Faster to Build, Leaner to Operate, and Richer in Customer Experience, in which Juan Ferrer, Managing Director and Partner at BCG, explains that artificial intelligence is becoming a CEO-level priority for hotel companies. As more travelers use AI assistants to plan and book trips, hotels risk losing visibility if their inventory, content and pricing are not ready for conversational search.

The report argues that hotel companies that regain control of first-party guest data, connect directly with AI interfaces and apply AI to revenue management, loyalty, procurement, staffing and maintenance could improve RevPAR, reduce operating costs and build more personalized guest relationships.
