Chrissy O’Brien is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations, Social Impact, Health Care, and Operations practices.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Chrissy has worked extensively with pharmaceutical manufacturers on issues related to strategy and operations, including network design, supply chain organization and process design, transformation, make-buy analyses, and sourcing strategies. She has particularly deep experience in creating long- and medium-term strategies to optimize manufacturing networks, as well as in redesigning global supply chain organizations.
Chrissy has also worked with clients across sustainable supply chains, provided divestiture evaluations and support, and led the post-merger integration of supply chain and logistics functions. She has helped numerous organizations implement adaptive strategies and redesign their strategic planning processes.
Prior to joining BCG, Chrissy was an account executive at The Share Group.
