Matt Westerlund currently leads Boston Consulting Group’s work in agribusiness in North America. He has deep industry experience across the agribusiness value chain, from farm inputs through grain marketing and ingredients. His functional experience includes portfolio and growth strategy, M&A, go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, ecommerce, industrial IoT, and digital transformation.
Matt is also a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods practice specializing in agribusiness, machinery, and industrial automation; and a member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice at the firm.
Matt was a participant in BCG's Social Impact Immersion Program, during which time he specialized in education, financial inclusion, and global health. He has worked with clients on all of these social impact topics.
