Adriann Negreros is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice with a focus on the industrial goods and consumer industries. His expertise is rooted in working extensively with CEOs, Operations leaders, HR executives and frontline supervisors. He has led projects spanning organizational design, redefining operating models, crafting compelling employee value propositions, and leading complex change management initiatives.

Adriann leads client work, partnerships and research on the frontline labor topic - directly developing BCG's IP and serving as the lead author of the "State of Frontline Labor" newsletter. His insights reached a global audience in November 2023 when he delivered a TED Talk in Paris, addressing innovative strategies to enhance the frontline worker experience.

Previously serving as an Ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute (BHI), Adriann collaborated closely with Managing Director and Partner Julia Dhar, pioneering a science-based framework for human-centric organizational change. He serves as the North America Pride@BCG associate recruiting manager, leading a dedicated team of specialists across all North American offices to drive more inclusive recruiting strategies.

Adriann has lived and worked in the U.S., Mexico, and China. He speaks English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.
