A core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice, Aisha Taylor leads the firm's people and organization efforts for industrial clients across North America, with an emphases on operating model and organizational design, culture and talent strategy, and change management. She serves as the Chicago node for Black@BCG.
With an approach informed by her experience in investor finance, Aisha works with Fortune 500 companies to drive workforce transformation and unlock performance across corporate and frontline populations. In her recent client work, she helped a global industrial manufacturer cut its vacancy rate in half and unlock hundreds of millions in new technical revenue by rebuilding their talent strategy from scratch. She built an AI transformation roadmap for an industrial tech supplier centered on workforce enablement, positioning the company to capture a 20% revenue uplift. And she has also partnered with companies to reimagine how they engage, retain, and invest in their frontline workforces.
In Chicago, her workforce transformation work has created tangible opportunity for the city's residents, from expanding access to tech roles at a Midwest manufacturer to redesigning how a local chemicals company organizes its people to thrive in an AI-driven future. Before joining the firm, Aisha worked at Bain Capital and EY.
