Andrea Cacciatore is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. He has worked with telco and media clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caspian region, with a strong focus on marketing and commercial strategy, pricing, post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation programs. He also has in-depth expertise in digital infrastructure, both fixed and mobile.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Andrea has led multiple customer value management programs for telco and media players, focusing on churn reduction, up- and cross-selling campaigns, and E2E redesign of marketing automation engines. He has led several post-merger integrations for telcos in Italy, and delivered cost optimization programs across Europe and Middle East.
Andrea previously worked as Senior Manager for A.T. Kearney in Milan.
