Andres Garro is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations, Health Care, and Consumer practice areas with a special focus on digital supply chain management. 

Andres has led digital supply chain projects in sales and operation planning (S&OP), process improvement, and advanced analytics; and he has a track record of helping clients build advanced capabilities in these areas. Andres has a strong focus on combining fundamental lean principles that drive top-tier operational performance with advanced analytics to enable a truly digital supply chain. 

Andres has worked with clients in the global biopharma and consumer industries on developing and implementing digital capabilities, advanced analytics, and operations strategies. Before joining the firm, Andres had spent time working at Nike, Inc. and Zara, and as an engineer for the Motorola and General Motors Corporations.
