Annette de Jong is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. She is the global knowledge team lead for Net Revenue Management. Annette joined BCG in 2019 and works with consumer products clients on their commercial strategies as they transform their net revenue management capabilities through revenue growth management (RGM). This covers pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms, and includes diagnostics, advanced analytics, AI, and change management.

She also contributes to development of AI and advanced analytics RGM solutions for consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. She has worked in food and beverage, spirits, dairy, and other CPG categories in Europe and globally. Annette speaks four languages fluently on a daily basis (English, German, Spanish, and Dutch), and she has worked in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
