Antonio Faraldi joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009. He co-leads the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel, with specific focus on advanced analytics and digital in that space. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer Goods practice and concentrates most of his work in the fast-moving consumer goods area.
Some of his most recent client engagements include inorganic growth strategy definition and execution (including due diligence and post-merger integration), route-to-market review in North America, analytics and digital-enabled sales force performance boost, and direct-to-consumer sales network design and set up.
Antonio has extensive experience as well in media, both traditional and new, including newspapers, magazines, free-to-air TV, pay TV, ad-based video on demand (AVOD), and subscription video on demand (SVOD).
Since 2014, Antonio has also been involved with Mentor4u, a non-profit venture that mentors Italian university students.
