Arjan-Tim Ferweda joined Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam in 2016. He is a member of the Financial Institutions and Insurance practices, and a member of the Global Risk Team.

Arjan-Tim developed the growth strategy for asset management and pension administration for a global pension provider, developed an agile target operating model for modeling and model risk management for a global bank, and implemented a next-gen data and AI-driven operating model for all of the investment management activities of a large Asian financial institutions player.

Since 2007, Arjan-Tim has volunteered with FloorGhana, a non-profit that focuses on small projects in developing countries. He has taught at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Actuarial Society, and the University of Groningen.

Before joining BCG, Arjan-Tim was the Director of Risk Management at Blenheim Capital Management in the Netherlands, where he set up and was responsible for the risk function of a hedge fund. Prior to that, he was responsible for hedge fund risk management at Henderson Global Investors in London and helped move Henderson from a risk control to a proactive risk management environment.
