Brad Baker focuses on durable goods and fashion and luxury at Boston Consulting Group. He works with leading brands on growth strategy, digital and analytics, and omnichannel.

In addition to client service roles, Brad has led BCG Canada’s on-campus and experienced industry professional recruiting for several years. He is also active in work related to driving social impact in Canada, currently serving on the LEAP Centre for Social Impact’s Investment Committee and collaborating with LEAP and Google on Google Impact Challenge Canada. Brad also contributes to BCG’s Center for Canada’s Future.
