Carlo Bravin joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a member of the leadership team for the firm’s Financial Institutions practice for the Eastern Mediterranean and Caspian region.

Carlo has spent more than ten years working extensively with international financial institutions, including commercial banks, investment banks, and payments providers, to drive their transformation efforts.

Within the Financial Institutions practice, Carlo has developed deep proficiency in areas including, large-scale transformation programs, distribution and pricing strategy, digital product innovation, new market entry, organization redesign, and workforce planning.
