Carlo Bravin joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a member of the leadership team for the firm’s Financial Institutions practice for Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel. Carlo works with financial institutions—including regional and international banks, national investment banks, global insurance companies, and payment institutions—to drive their digital innovation efforts.

Among his recent client engagements, Carlo developed the pricing strategy of key retail products for an international bank, designed a remote service model for a global banking group, and supported a major European bank in defining its workforce strategy and overhauling its career development process.
