Chun Wu is Boston Consulting Group's managing partner for Greater China, and leads the firm's business in this region. Since joining BCG, Chun has served various multinational and local health care clients on strategic and operational topics, including health care reform impact and growth strategy, R&D--especially new technology platforms, commercial excellence and digital transformation, and organization change.
Currently, Chun dedicates significant time to big data and AI in health care. She also supports clients in health care and other industries on climate and sustainability through technology and business model innovations.
Prior to joining BCG, Chun was the cofounder and COO of iCarbonX, a health care big data and artificial intelligence company.
