Daniel Tapiador is an expert in pricing and AI transformation for consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies at Boston Consulting Group. He often focuses on revenue growth management and revenue growth management AI, and how AI can transform businesses.

Daniel is a core member of BCG's Consumer practice. He has executed end-to-end revenue growth management transformations for leading Tier-1 CPG companies in multiple markets and categories, helping them optimize their pricing, promotional activity, assortment, and commercial terms with the power of AI.

He has also led digital transformations and deployed other AI-first use cases in the consumer; technology, media, and telecommunications; and energy industries. Daniel also has considerable experience with machine learning, GenAI, optimization, and data and software engineering. Outside of his work at BCG, he is also an adjunct professor at IE Business School in Madrid.
