Derek Rodenhausen is part of the leadership team for the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice at Boston Consulting Group with a focus on digital growth. He has over 15 years of experience in marketing topics including digital marketing and personalization, data-driven marketing transformations, and consumer data strategy. He works with clients to design overall marketing and digital growth strategies, improve their media effectiveness, build e-commerce channels and first-party data strategies with future-proof ad tech and marketing tech foundations, monetize data assets, and better leverage consumer insights and analytics.

Derek has led BCG's research efforts on the topic of data privacy, third-party cookie deprecation, data strategy, and the future of digital marketing in partnership with the MMA (an industry body) as well as Google.

Prior to joining the firm, Derek spent three and a half years at Google, most recently as Head of Measurement & Analytics in the Retail, Tech, and Telecom sector.

Prior to Google, Derek was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in its Marketing & Sales practice.
