Dharmendra Dubey joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019. He leads BCG's work in digital and data-driven consumer engagement and is a core member of the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice.

Dharmendra has over 22 years of experience working in the digital space. For the last 12 years, his work has been concentrated on digital marketing and personalization. He is a specialist in marketing and advertising technology strategy, solution design, and technology implementation, and has worked across industries, leading data-driven marketing and personalization projects.

Dharmendra’s recent projects include strategy for and design of the digital marketing and advertising capabilities for multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies, telecoms, financial institutions, and health care and automobile industry clients. As a member of BCG's Marketing, Sales & Pricing team, he helps create competitive advantages for organizations by unleashing the power of data to deliver improved marketing ROI. Before joining the firm, Dharmendra worked for other Big Four consulting and IT firms.
