Edward Gore-Randall leads Boston Consulting Group’s joint ventures and alliances topic globally; integration for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa; and M&A in London.
With over 15 years at BCG, including the last 14 focused on transactions, integrations, and joint ventures, Edward has in-depth experience advising corporates and financial investors across these topics.
Within transactions, he supports clients end to end on mergers, acquisitions, and divestments— both on the buy side, from due diligence to integration, and on the sell side, from portfolio strategy to carve out. On joint ventures and partnerships, he works along the lifecycle from partner search to joint venture design and negotiation, through to partnership resets and exits.
Edward co-leads the firm’s global work in synergies, integration management office, and clean teams, and has led many complex cross-border mergers and mergers of equals. Overall, he has supported over 125 joint ventures and transactions with a total transaction value in excess of £250 billion.
