Eric Li is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice with a focus on the automotive and renewable energy industries. He has worked extensively with clients along the entire automotive value chain, including upstream tier one companies, OEMs, and downstream dealer groups. Eric works with clients on growth, go-to-market strategy, and turnaround strategy, as well as operations, including OEM marketing and sales excellence, digital marketing, dealer sales funnel efficiency optimization, and dealer and service performance improvement.

Prior to joining BCG, Eric worked as a project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on the automotive, industrial goods, and renewable energy industries.
