Fang Ruan is Boston Consulting Group's global lead for people and organization in the technology sector, a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice, and the BCG Henderson Institute leader for BHI China.

Fang has extensive experience in corporate governance, organization and culture transformation, talent management, and corporate strategy. In recent projects, she explored the feasibility of AI-led organizations, and its implications for organization /talent structure, role of the center, performance management, and culture change.

Before joining BCG in 2006, Fang was a Senior Project Manager in the Restructuring and Listing Office of the Bank of China.
