Francesco has engaged with clients in the Middle East to develop a corporate long-term strategic plan for a major oil and gas producer, internalize the downstream arm of a national oil company, restructure an upstream operating company, and build an integrated energy strategy for a member country of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Before BCG, Francesco was a senior manager at Arthur D. Little, where he focused on the upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
