The current focus of his work is creating value for companies by leveraging the power of data and analytics. Gaurav has worked with companies in the metals, infrastructure, media, and building materials industries.
Gaurav works with clients to change the decision making process, making it more data-backed and less instinct-based, even in most traditional businesses, in order to unlock value. His aim is to support and enable client organizations using change management by driving culture transformation. Before returning to school to earn an advanced degree, Gaurav was an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
