Since joining BCG, Geoff has worked with multiple global clients across industries (energy, mining, banking, consumer products, government) on ESG and climate strategy and on what it means to operationalize commitments. In his various roles, Geoff has engaged closely with external stakeholders in the context of sustainability, including investors, government, NGOs, community, media.

Before joining the firm, Geoff was Chief External Affairs Officer at BHP and a member of its Executive Leadership Team. During that time, BHP improved its safety performance, stakeholder relationships, and overall financial strength.
