Gloria Ong is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Insurance and Financial Institutions practices. She has experience in strategy and transformation for insurance companies and financial institutions in Southeast Asia.
In her recent client work, Gloria worked with insurance players, including life, health, consumer general, and commercial on a variety of strategy topics. For banking and financial institutions clients, she designed the private banking strategy and target operating model for one of the largest Southeast Asian banks and developed an end-to-end wealth journey on a digital banking platform for a leading ASEAN bank. Her experience also includes due diligence and M&A, lead generation, and salesforce management.
Gloria co-leads Women@BCG in Singapore. She is a CFA and CAIA charter holder. Prior to joining BCG, Gloria worked at UBS AG Wealth Management in Singapore and London.
