Graeme Steen joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2023, bringing more than ten years’ advisory experience in financial services, telecommunications, media, and technology—with a focus on digital and strategy-led transformations.

Graeme is a member of the Technology & Digital Advantage; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; and Financial Institutions practices at the firm. Before joining BCG, he was COO at Kandua, and before that, Senior Manager at Bain & Company (Africa and Middle East).
