Hanjo Seibert is a leading expert in the field of compliance and anti-financial crime digital regulatory technology, and data-driven compliance transformations. He joined Boston Consulting Group in March 2022, bringing extensive experience supporting clients in their remediation, transformation, and digitization journeys for their compliance and non-financial risk functions.

Hanjo specializes in large-scale transformations with a focus on data-driven, tech-enabled, and risk-based approaches yielding efficiency uplifts and effectiveness enhancements and culture transformations. His work has included various data remediations, single client view creations, and innovations from legacy tech toward future regulatory technology platforms.

Prior to joining BCG, Hanjo, led the DACH Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime practice at Accenture and also helped build up Compliance, Conduct and Non-Financial Risk in Europe at Oliver Wyman.
