Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He leads the Risk & Compliance practice in India and is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions practice. As the GenAI connection for the India system, he drives GenAI and agentic builds across functions. Hardik has significant expertise in small and medium-sized enterprise and retail business build and transformation, large-scale digital transformations, and growth strategy. He advises banks and non-bank financial institutions on various risk management topics including new-age credit risk management, enterprise risk management, and collections excellence.

Hardik's work covers the financial services ecosystem in India. He is a coleader for the annual FIBAC banking conference jointly operated with two leading industry associations in India: The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA). He spent a year at BCG’s Chicago office working on business banking transformation and pricing. Before joining BCG, Hardik worked at CNK & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
