Harold Haddad leads Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector and Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practices in Qatar. He joined BCG in 2014, and has over 18 years of experience in consulting.
In the public sector, Harold focuses on economic development, center of government, and employment and welfare topics. He has led numerous national and ministry-level projects, including developing strategies and supporting their execution for countries, sectors, and government entities. Harold also works extensively in travel and tourism. He has led national tourism strategies and supported their multi-year execution.
In addition, Harold has developed investment strategies and operating models for government-owned alternative asset management groups and has worked on investment strategies in emerging technologies for both public and private entities.
Before joining BCG, Harold worked in the Equity Derivatives division at BNP Paribas in Paris.
