Heike Dorninger is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice, with a focus on health insurance and health systems. Heike leads BCG's Vienna office. She works on projects in health insurance and data and analytics, including disease prediction, provider performance variation, quality measurement, reorganization, and AI.
She has extensive experience working with a diverse set of clients in several countries in the health industry, including health systems and health insurance companies.
Before joining the firm in 2010, Heike worked at IMP Vienna as a postdoctoral fellow.
