Hien Do Thi Tam is a core member of the Energy practice at BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit. She was previously a member of the Consumer and Private Equity practices for the firm and served as a global ambassador for BCG in Kuala Lumpur.
Hien is currently focused on GenAI transformation and build, including the transformation of core processes and acceleration of the energy sector through digital technologies. Beginning in 2010, she worked for four years at BCG in Berlin, leaving to gain experience in technology and digital transformation and scaling before returning to BCG X in 2017.
Between BCG and BCG X, Hien was an Associate Director and a member of the European leadership team at Wayfair LLP, the largest US online retailer for home goods, and Chief of Staff at SPRING, part of Axel Springer SE, the largest European digital publishing house.
